The latest version requires a bleeding edge Python... 3.9... and no one has ever tried this on Windows I assume. At least granian claims Windows support. I kind of wonder if we should freeze a version of Pulsar and redo a modern version with Pydantic and some more updated dependencies and tool chain stuff before doing something like this. |

Sounds good to me ... there's also no need to necessarily drop paster. I know you hate it, but 3.9 EOL is in October 😅 |

paste went into "deep maintainance". this just seems to work, but I guess there's some work left to update the docs
