Setup

• Create a config.ini file, with such

username = sample_username
password = sample_password
apiEndPoint = https://api-test.appnexus.com or https://api.appnexus.com

• Test by running $ php script/test.php

• Set up parameters on script/createHeaderBidding.php

• Run $ php script/createHeaderBidding.php
