Adding more detailed instructions to the readme for this template addressing #2 .
I also updated the build and deploy action since actions/upload-artifact@v2 is now depreciated (updated to v4).
I also just wanted to note that this template is using the older "deploy from a branch" method for github pages, whereas our other simple-template just uses github actions.
