Background

This PR is part of a series that separates commands that operate on the local Git repository from those that operate against the remote. This is to help align the tool to the way that Git itself operates.

Changes

This PR adds a --push option to the stack new and stack branch new commands to push a newly created branch to the remote. The previous behaviour was to always push the branch, and has been changed to be opt-in to match the local first nature of Git.
