prevents locomotives from vanishing, resetting, or being replaced.
With this mod, your locomotive fleet in the Valley is finally permanent.
Normally, a fresh save has 31 locomotives in the Valley, plus a few demonstrators you can find once somewhere on the map. If you destroy all your locomotives, they will no longer be automatically deleted or replaced with new ones. They will remain exactly as you left them until you either pay the fee or repair them manually.

UMM Settings (open with [Ctrl]+[F10]):

• You can set how many locomotives should spawn in your Valley before the automatic refilling is turned off.
  When you start a new save, all locomotives across the map are spawned.
  If you set the limit to less than 31, locomotives are distributed randomly across stations some stations might end up with none.
  If you set the limit to more than 31, you’ll initially still get only 31, because the map has only 31 spawn tracks.However, with a limit above 31, you get automatic refilling: each time you move a locomotive off a spawn track and drive at least 5 km, new locomotives will spawn until your configured limit is reached.
• You can also disable fees for locomotives.
  That means to acquire licenses you only need to pay fees for wagons or environmental damage.
  Locomotives won’t be counted in the fee list anymore. Consequently, locomotives will be no longer auto-repaired or refilled!
  They keep their condition persistently until you repair them manually.
• Finally, there is a multiplier for how much more expensive manual maintenance should be for non-owned locomotives.
  This includes all locomotives that spawn ready for use in the Valley.
  Owned locomotives are the demonstrators and any locomotives purchased via the LocoOwnership mod.
• Optional Service-License requirement:
  Enabled by default to allow Maintenance your Loco even without the License. Choose a price multiplier to increase the repair costs when you dont have the license.
