This PR fixes an
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get'infind_alert_rule_action_ui_component.The error occurred because chained
.get()calls returnedNonewhen a key (e.g.,metric_alert) existed but its value wasnull. The fix explicitly defaults to an empty dictionary or list (or {}/or []) for each nested lookup, ensuring subsequent.get()calls operate on a valid object.New unit tests cover both the

The entity doing business as "Sentry" was incorporated in the State of Delaware in 2015 as Functional Software, Inc. and is gonna need some rights from me in order to utilize my contributions in this here PR.
