Prevents potential XSS/SQLi vulnerabilities by no longer reflecting unvalidated error query parameters from OAuth callbacks directly into user-facing error pages. Instead, a generic error message is displayed, while the full external error is logged server-side for debugging. This fix applies to both Identity and SSO OAuth flows and includes regression tests.

Legal Boilerplate

Look, I get it. The entity doing business as "Sentry" was incorporated in the State of Delaware in 2015 as Functional Software, Inc. and is gonna need some rights from me in order to utilize my contributions in this here PR. So here's the deal: I retain all rights, title and interest in and to my contributions, and by keeping this boilerplate intact I confirm that Sentry can use, modify, copy, and redistribute my contributions, under Sentry's choice of terms.

This commit improves the error handling and logging for OAuth2 authentication callbacks. It ensures that sensitive error details are not exposed to the user and logs them for debugging purposes.
