To solve the unicode problem had to add the option to choose the font with the characterset since there is no font that manages all

Finally fixed the problem of not printing unicode characters.
Had to add a unicode font to embed and this will work only for initial the printed, subsequent edit in the PDF will loose the embedding since the default for PDF is helvetica.
