⚠️ Bug: metadata-v2.json tauri version not updated to 2.8.3

The tauri field in crates/tauri-cli/metadata-v2.json remains at "2.8.2" while the tauri crate itself is being bumped to 2.8.3 in this PR (crates/tauri/Cargo.toml).

This field is consumed by tauri init and tauri plugin init to generate the tauri dependency version in newly scaffolded Cargo.toml files (see crates/tauri-cli/src/init.rs and crates/tauri-cli/src/plugin/init.rs). New projects created with the released CLI would get tauri = { version = "2.8.2" } instead of 2.8.3.

While semver resolution (^2.8.2) would still resolve to 2.8.3, this inconsistency means:

  • Newly scaffolded projects won't pin to the exact version being released
  • The metadata file is internally inconsistent with the crate version in the same release

The "tauri" field on line 6 should be updated to "2.8.3" to match the tauri crate version.
