Summary

This PR:

  • Makes all graph pages responsive on tablet / mobile.
  • Adds a drawer menu for smaller screens.
  • Organizes the layout components on a separate subdirectory within components directory.
  • Adds a footer to the site.
  • Adds a short description of the project on README and a features section.

This PR closes issue #1.
