Add dRPC as a new RPC provider for Gnosis

This commit introduces dRPC to the list of supported RPC providers on Gnosis. 
dRPC is a load-balanced, multichain RPC platform supporting 180+ networks, 
offering flat-rate per-method pricing (20 CUs), free and paid plans (starting at $10), 
and no key or rate limits. It is designed for production-grade scalability, 
and includes features like usage analytics dashboards and granular team management.
