overheard

Overheard is the code that runs the @OverheardOnAph twitter feed.  It
downloads all of the new arxiv.org postings for the day and scrapes
comments from the LaTeX source files.

Requirements
============

Passes tests on 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 
Passes tests on 3.2, 3.3, 3.4

Python 2.5, 2.6 picks up dependency on unittest2 (for tests)
Python 2.5, 2.6, 3.1 picks up dependency on argparse

On 3.1, doesn't find tests...
