This PR upgrades Docusaurus to 3.9.2, along with its shared dependencies required for the migration.
This upgrade was fairly painless compared to our 3.8 migration, thanks to fewer breaking changes in this release and the groundwork we laid to prepare for future upgrades.
Docusaurus's changelog provides detailed information about the under-the-hood improvements. We've already incorporated these changes into our shared Docusaurus theme and tested them on the
wwwdeployment, which keeps this upgrade minimal in scope.Migration guide
