Moved the .htaccess file to the public directory to ensure it is included in the build output by Vite. Modified the GitHub Actions workflow to remove the explicit exclusion of .htaccess in the rsync command, allowing it to be correctly deployed to the server and preventing it from being deleted by the --delete flag.
