This pull request introduces comprehensive support for translations and localisation in the Godot Launcher documentation and project. It adds a detailed translation contribution guide, updates documentation to reflect the new multilingual capabilities, and improves guidance and resources for contributors interested in localisation. The changes also update visuals and UI references to match the new language picker and multilingual features.

Localisation & Translation Support:

• Added a new docs/contributing/translations.md guide that explains how to review, submit, and request translations, including supported languages, workflow, and testing procedures.
• Updated contributor guidance in docs/contributing.md, docs/community.md, and docs/help-and-support.md to include instructions and links for translation and localisation feedback and contributions. [1] [2] [3]

Documentation & UI Updates:

• Updated documentation to highlight the multilingual interface, including auto-detection and manual language switching, and clarified behaviour in settings and overview pages. [1] [2] [3]
• Refreshed UI screenshots in the settings documentation to showcase the new language selector.
• Improved instructions in the editor installation guide to reflect the updated UI for removing editor versions, including new icons and menu references. [1] [2]

Project Structure & Metadata:

• Added new tags for "Contributing," "Translations," and "Localisation" in docs/tags.yml to support improved discoverability and organisation of related resources.
• Updated the sidebar navigation to include the new translation contribution guide.

Dependencies:

• Added lucide-react for UI icons and updated @docusaurus dependencies to the latest version.
