A comprehensive Customer Sentiment Analysis and Product Recommender System using NLP, collaborative filtering, and deep learning models. Implemented sentiment analysis with RoBERTa, advanced recommendation with SVD++, and NLP-based recommendations using spaCy. Evaluated system performance with MAP, DCG, and Recall metrics.
