Wrest exposes only read_timeout. In cases where wrest is not able to open a connection, it takes 60 seconds to get timed out. This can be configured by setting an open timeout of Net::Http - https://ruby-doc.org/stdlib-2.4.1/libdoc/net/http/rdoc/Net/HTTP.html.
