Added a cache to the ProtectedWebAPICallerService class to reduce load times on subsequent FHIR data requests (from 20-30s on first load to 100ms on subsequent loads).
The cache is very limited, it will not automatically refresh the JObjects stored, and is only appropriate given the current use case.
