install :

            wget https://github.com/gotouerina/Comparative-genomics-script/releases/download/v2.0/WGSP-Base.zip
            unzip WGSP-Base.zip; cd WGSP-Base
            perl  Makefile.PL;
            make

Manual is still need updated.
