- Defined qHTTP protocol methods, headers, and status codes in docs/qHTTP_Specification.md.
- Added formal ABNF grammar in docs/qHTTP_Grammar.md.
- Implemented logic rules for Constraint-Based State Collapse.
- Created reference simulations for CGDA and Biomedical protocols in simulations/.
