I suggest not deleting the condition, but adding the prefix next-*, and next time we will create branches with this prefix for new major versions.

It's problem because when I create pull requests to release brunch I can not to detect errors and I need to fix it later. If I create pr then I would expect that it's branch without errors. If you want to commit with errors ignore it

This is understandable, but I want to expand the filter so that it meets the cases we need, but not remove it altogether (you can see how it is configured in uikit)
