feat: full usage of oidc

📝 Description

Switch to an OIDC library and make full use of its access and refresh tokens. The JWT token should only be used for basic authentication login.

🤔 Problem Statement

The session would remain connected to the IDP and could be terminated by it.

💡 Proposed Solution

Check which library fits better into the app and then implement that one.
