We need the js here to place the session token in the Pay Fines Online link so that patrons aren't prompted to log in again to pay.
Remove links to NetLibrary. We no longer subscribe. Replace the main footer link to NetLibrary with a link to TADL's electronic resources page.
Remove built-in password reset link until we can test some more, replace with previous TADL password assistance link.
Remove script/div for Google Chrome Frame.
Disabling Google Books links and preview. For one thing, at least one of these triggers mixed content issues, and the "fix" is to use an API that is officially rate-limited at a low number of requests per day.

Two additional OPAC tweaks -- removing links/references to NetLibrary, adding session token to Pay Fines Online so that patrons are not prompted to log in a second time when paying fines.
