Hopefully one day we'll migrate all of giant's infra to here, but for now lets just make the directory name generic ready to move Neo4J stack over as part of the upgrade work.

Decided to stick with the CODE/PROD precedent set by postgres (as that's ultimately where want everything to be, rather than the rex and pfi-playground situation we have now - but than can be addressed in future) - as @philmcmahon put it - 'start was we mean to go on'

…f there was a 'Giant' stack that had all the infra, following a CDK migration then we could combine postgres stack into that as standalone piece of consolidation work)
