Pre Player-to-Player economy release

This is a working copy of the current priest build as polished as it will get currently, it's meant to replace/merge with the main dev branch after Player-to-player economy is implemented fully.

The 7zip file includes:

-Source code
-Complied/Packed unsigned .pbo.
