Leverage additional functionality in CircleCI 2.1 jobs to build a single job against multiple Elixir versions using parametrisation.
It's no longer applicable since the change of format from 2.0 -> 2.1.

This looks very cool, inded! I am still looking into upgrading the minimum required version of this package. Your PR proposes Elixir as high as 1.9, old CI test run 1.4 and the library itself... Well... still only required 1.1 |

💁 I encountered an issue recently with this package which necessitated checking its compatibility against different versions of both Elixir and Alpine Linux. I thought that you might find these changes useful in verifying behaviour across a matrix of Docker images.
