Add a class DelpyWidget, so we may use Delpy as a widget. DelpyWidget inherits from ipywidgets.Output

I added a class DelpyWidget, so we may use Delpy as a widget in the Jupyter Notebook.
DelpyWidget inherits from both Delpy and OutputWidget.
OutputWidget inherits from ipywidgets.Output (soon we might replace it with SingleOuputWidget which is currently in development: https://gitlab.u-psud.fr/ter-graphupsud/singleoutputwidget)
