The default configuration had issues with the OSD layout. Particularly:

• the RX rssi were doubled up, I seperated them
• the layout was odd, moved the craft name to the bottom

This fixes that, as well as sets up the aux switch with turtle mode to have 200mw and 400mw vtx toggles.
