Implemented user reducer and action creator for initializing the user store. Also implemented endpoint in backend to list users since we should encapsulate all of our AWS operations there (All of our other AWS operations are in the backend already). Jack I'll need you to add this endpoint to the API Gateway on amplify and push it since I don't have permissions to do so.
