@haithembelhaj can you merge this in as a patch? It appears to fix the issue for me on Node 14. |

This is a pretty big issue. The only Node version which can run this reaches End-Of-Life in 7 months. Is there any way this patch can be prioritized higher? |

This fixes it for me on node 16 and I can't just downgrade node to make do without. Would love to see this merged. |
