…eferenced. - `pg_autoctl show state` command always shows the "Reachable" field as unknown, so we shouldn't reference it in the faq page. But we should use the "Health" field instead.

Since
pg_autoctl show stateno longer populated the "Reachable" field (it always shows unknown), we should use the supported "health" field instead.
