I cannot understand at all from the description what countOfWords does.

For step I have some idea but it should be explained a bit.

Also add some examples of the actual output so we can see what the tool does.

You should also give some default values for those parameters.

I think windowSize or even n maybe be a better name than countOfWords.

For step it is usually called stride (ie step size, not step) if I understand correctly.

I would also rename the repo to misclass, it is a shorter and more memorable name for this tool.
