L-n format in months field, generate dynamic array of years

• Added new L-n format of parsing the months field;
• Removed the generated fixed array of years and made it generate dynamically, appending next year to the array of years;(according to my tests, there was no difference in the behaviour of the program - the output was accurate, please conduct more tests if needed)
