This PR fixes the GoReleaser configuration warnings by migrating deprecated
archives.formattoarchives.formatsand addingwindows/armto the build ignore list. Thewindows_arm_6 targetwas flagged as broken because Windows does not support 32-bit ARM - only ARM64 is valid for Windows on ARM.Rollback Plan
