Add 1000 Hz option
It increases smoothing a lot when moving distance is small enough which helps to avoid cursor chatter when it doesn't move.

Since the latest Windows update, many users with multiple monitors (me included) have encountered a bug where the cursor stops in the middle of the screen. Currently, the only fixes are a) to untick force aspect ratio and select "full desktop" (this seems to change the position of the area on the tablet for whatever reason, could be because my two monitors are different resolutions) and b) to press Windows+P, switch to main monitor only, and toggle "Display 1" (must be done each restart for me). I made a github account to let you know :D
