This PR streamlines the generation of the lvgl font library by describing the necessary extra characters for a language in a JSON file and automatically extracting them from the l10n ini-files, feeding the character codes, along with the font of which they should be extracted from, directly to the
lv_font_convscript.I also updated the readme file, describing the necessary steps to generate an updated font library.
I'll currently mark this PR as draft because I want to integrate the changes from #579 and also maybe #544 into this feature after that has been merged.
