Update lish

• english font in abstract
• remove unnecessary packages such as lipsum
• adjust cover page space
• the underline for boxes on title page if it is wrapped
• fig & table caption style

The diff contains the tab and space changes, because it is done by my editor automatically, but I don't have patience to remove them.
