This pull request from Snyk correctly identifies the need to upgrade urllib3 to patch security vulnerabilities by pinning it in requirements.txt. However, the proposed version 2.6.0 is invalid as it does not exist, which would break dependency installation. I've provided a comment to correct this to the latest stable version. For a complete fix, I also highly recommend applying this version pin to pyproject.toml, as dependencies are declared in both files and this will ensure security for all installation methods.

The specified version 2.6.0 for urllib3 does not exist on PyPI, which will cause dependency installation to fail. The latest stable version is 2.2.1. Please update this line to use a valid and secure version to fix the vulnerability without breaking the build.
