Preparation for #3983 #3850

How to test

git clone -b bump-hexo-util-1.8.0 https://github.com/sukkaw/hexo.git
cd hexo
npm install
npm test

As expected, from benchmark performed by travis ci it clearly shows performance gained after this PR.

Coverage remained the same at 97.114% when pulling 810a2d6 on SukkaW:bump-hexo-util-1.8.0 into 1ccc292 on hexojs:master.
