I've stripped this down to some basics, for simplicity - to get a node installed, and running. I propose that we evolve the "### Run" section as things become clearer.

I've stripped the installation instructions down to some basics, for simplicity - to get a node installed, and running.
It doesn't contain anything else except how to build from master, and run.
We can evolve the "Run" section as things become clearer about how we would like validators to run this.
