Change description
Updated the character limit for all of the statement of truth text fields to 100 from 60.
The changes were made in the domain classes and a flyway script was created to update the statement_of_truth and enf_warrant table.
Testing done
Tested in XUI to ensure the text validation is correctly applied to the new field limits for the Statement of Truth pages in Make a claim, Warrant and Writ of Possession.
