The framework makes use of recent state-of-the-art deep learning techniques as well as parallelization to perform real-time traffic safety surveillance on 4K camera. The workflow is represented:
- Use recent state-of-the-art techniques in image segmentation, object detection, color recognition to perform object tracking.
- Use license plate detection, incorporating with above-mentioned techniques to enhance object tracking, making the results more robust and reliable.
