Updates the signature of
HyperDB.from(schemaDir, dbDir)toHyperDB.from(dbDir)and adds aregisterSchemamethod for registering a hyperschema instance afterfrom.This makes composition easier (hyperdb isn't responsible for persisting the schema anymore), and also lets us deduplicate messages.js files on disk.
