POC 0.1 for ifuse on Windows with Dokany

Initial build of ifuse that works with Windows via Dokany.
Tested only a little, but it does work!
To run you must install:

• iTunes
• Dokany DokanSetup_redist.exe (https://github.com/dokan-dev/dokany/releases/download/v1.1.0.2000/DokanSetup_redist.exe)

You may need to find the ifuse process and kill it to stop/unmount.
