This PR updates
hsrb4s.urdfto fix URDF parsing error due to an invalid backtick character in the file. (The line 863 of the original file)I just re-generated this file in the noetic docker environment. But it seems there are some changes from the older URDF.
I guess it had not been updated for a long time but if it may be a problematic, please give me appropriate instructions to build the URDF from XACROs.
