Splitting / parsing of 2D FTU Crosswalks

Like 3D ref organs, there is a central crosswalk that needs split out to FTUs when there are updates

New fields in the schema:

• node_group on the FTU node to specify the collection name of the nodes,
• pref_label on the FTU node that only specifies the entity name
