- use job status instead of assignment to sync (fix possible double assignment); - fix CVAT job (un-)assignment races between /assign, /resign, cvat webhook handler and expired assignment status tracker - cvat webhook handler will only check the last assignment for better performance - optimized some db requests for jobs and assignments
