This pull request sets up GitHub code scanning for this repository. Pull request overview
Updates the repository’s CodeQL GitHub Actions workflow to the newer “advanced” setup with a language/build matrix and updated action versions.
Changes:
- Renames the workflow to “CodeQL Advanced” and adjusts the scheduled cron time.
- Switches to a matrix-based configuration (actions/go/ruby) and adds
build-modewiring. - Updates actions to newer major versions (e.g.,
actions/checkout@v4,github/codeql-action/*@v4) and refreshes permissions/comments accordingly.
