delete door class and all references

BACKGROUND:

• Doors implementation was never fully useful and is causing issues in the new Hypar experience. We can revisit this whenever we need.

DESCRIPTION:

• Remove doors class and all references to it.

TESTING:

• If tests pass we're good

FUTURE WORK:

• Is there any future work needed or anticipated? Does this PR create any obvious technical debt?

REQUIRED:

• All changes are up to date in CHANGELOG.md.
