This PR adds a connection to the metrics-listener service which is an entry point to the metrics collection system. The code is working fine on minikube cluster, although there are a few more things to do:

  • Add a flag to disable and enable metrics sending
  • Link to hyperflow-metrics-listeners package which does not require auth token to install
  • Adjust the place where the handlerStart event is being sent
